Terms of Service

Bright Paths Behavioral Corp. — CADP Portal

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Clinical Analyst Development Program (“CADP”), the CADP Portal, and related services provided by Bright Paths Behavioral Corp. (“BPBC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using CADP or the CADP Portal, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of CADP

CADP is a professional development, supervision, training, documentation, and competency-support program for individuals pursuing or developing behavior-analytic skills.

CADP may provide structured supervision, educational activities, competency-based assignments, documentation tools, feedback, and related professional-development services.

Participation in CADP does not guarantee:

• certification, licensure, employment, promotion, examination success, or credentialing;
• acceptance of fieldwork hours by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (“BACB”) or any other credentialing or regulatory body;
• eligibility for any specific professional credential;
• approval of any submitted documentation by a third party.

Participants remain responsible for understanding and meeting all applicable certification, licensure, employment, payer, and regulatory requirements.

2. User Accounts and Authentication

Users may be required to authenticate before accessing CADP Portal features.

You agree to:

• provide accurate information;
• use only accounts you are authorized to use;
• protect your account credentials and authentication methods;
• notify BPBC of suspected unauthorized access;
• not attempt to bypass security, access controls, or user permissions.

Access privileges may vary according to assigned roles, program status, supervision relationships, or administrative authorization.

3. Google Sign-In

CADP may use Google Sign-In or related Google authentication services to verify user identity and support account security.

Google authentication does not automatically grant access to CADP records, administrative functions, supervision records, or privileged features. Authorization within CADP is controlled separately.

Use of Google services is also subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy practices.

4. Appropriate Use

Users may use CADP only for authorized professional-development, supervision, educational, documentation, and administrative purposes.

Users may not:

• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, records, systems, or data;
• impersonate another person;
• falsify supervision, fieldwork, competency, training, or documentation records;
• backdate, reconstruct, or misrepresent activities as contemporaneously completed when they were not;
• interfere with portal security or system operation;
• upload malicious code or use the system for unlawful purposes;
• use CADP materials in a manner that violates intellectual-property rights or professional obligations.

BPBC may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, records, program integrity, or system security.

5. Fieldwork and Supervision Records

Where CADP is used in connection with supervised fieldwork or professional supervision, records should accurately reflect activities actually completed.

CADP does not create qualifying fieldwork merely because an activity is entered into the Portal.

Supervisors and trainees remain responsible for determining whether activities meet applicable BACB, licensing, employment, or other professional requirements.

CADP does not permit the creation of retroactive supervision relationships or the reconstruction of hours that cannot be appropriately supported.

6. Educational and Professional Content

CADP materials are intended for professional education, supervision, and skill development.

They are not a substitute for:

• independent professional judgment;
• applicable laws and regulations;
• current BACB requirements;
• employer policies;
• payer requirements;
• clinical supervision required for a specific client or service.

Program materials may be updated as professional standards, technology, or regulatory requirements change.

7. Confidentiality and Client Information

Users are responsible for complying with applicable privacy, confidentiality, professional, organizational, and legal requirements.

Unless a specifically approved workflow requires otherwise, users should not place protected health information, client-identifying information, payer identifiers, or other unnecessary confidential clinical data into general CADP profile, authentication, training, or administrative fields.

Users must follow BPBC instructions regarding de-identification and appropriate handling of clinical examples, work products, or case-based educational materials.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, CADP curricula, templates, instructional materials, assessment tools, portal content, program structures, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Bright Paths Behavioral Corp.

Participants may use materials for their authorized participation in CADP.

Materials may not be commercially reproduced, redistributed, sold, published, or represented as the user's own proprietary program without written permission from BPBC.

9. Payments and Program Participation

Fees, payment schedules, enrollment conditions, cancellations, refunds, and other financial terms may be governed by separate written agreements, enrollment documents, or service terms applicable to the participant.

Payment for CADP represents payment for professional-development services, supervision capacity, educational resources, administrative support, and related program services.

Payment does not purchase certification, signatures, fieldwork hours, credential approval, examination results, or guaranteed acceptance by the BACB or another third party.

10. Availability and Changes

BPBC may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of CADP or the CADP Portal when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, technical maintenance, program improvement, or operational requirements.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Portal.

Where appropriate, alternative or manual workflows may be used to maintain program continuity.

11. Termination or Suspension

BPBC may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, security concerns, misuse of the Portal, falsification of records, nonpayment where applicable, or other conduct inconsistent with program requirements.

Termination of Portal access does not alter the accuracy requirements applicable to previously completed supervision or fieldwork records.

12. Disclaimer

CADP is provided for professional-development and supervision purposes.

To the extent permitted by law, BPBC does not warrant that participation will result in certification, licensure, employment, examination success, fieldwork acceptance, or any particular professional outcome.

Users remain responsible for verifying current requirements with the BACB, licensing boards, employers, payers, and other applicable authorities.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BPBC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use CADP or the CADP Portal.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or obligations that cannot legally be limited.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as CADP, applicable requirements, technology, or our services evolve.

The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
